Azienda di telecomunicazione ricerca una figura di addetto/a al call center per ampliamento dellorganico.
Verranno prese in considerazione anche figure senza esperienza.
Responsabilit:
gestione delle telefonate
assistenza telefonica ai clienti
utilizzo della piattaforma di lavoro
risoluzione delle problematiche.
Si richiede:
ottimo utilizzo del pc e del pacchetto office
buona dialettica e capacit relazionali
attitudine alla vendita
Offerta:
