The position:
Reporting directly to the China Sales Manager the jobholder carries out and ensures users training clientsdemonstrations as well as assistance and technical support for customers.
You participate in the sharing of relevant field information with Metrologic Groups Services ProductsMarketing and Sales teams.
Your mission:
You will be responsible for:
Receive user requests and guide them in their us :
Prepare and leadtraining sessions or demonstrations:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and the Customer Support department
Ensure reporting of its activity and customer feedback
Identify and record malfunction conditions that need to be communicated to HQ technical support toensure proper handling
This position is for you if you are able to:
Education & Experience:
You have an education in general mechanics at Bachelor level at least.
Minimum 3 year experience in a job with a strong technical dimension in an industrial environment and a sense of customer service are required

Possibility to work from home; preferred area (Suzhou Qingdao Hangzhou Shanghai in order of preference)
Business Travel: Regular travels within your geographical area are required (approximately 80% on the sites of our customers and partners).
The onboarding process includes training on our value propositions where we fit in our market and technical training on our products.
