Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

We are seeking a proven and experienced Solution Consulting (Presales) leader who will build and lead a team for the newly created Servicenow.org which will focus on the Nonprofit Industry.  This role will have global responsibilities with initial focus on the Americas and Europe. As a vital member of the leadership team and saleseco system this person will lead a team that is responsible for supportingsales with handson technical consultation on various ServiceNow products and solutions. This leader will implement and execute growth plans to create demand in the market while developing leading and managing a team of fieldbased Solution Consultants including a matrixed Solution Sales & Specialist business unit.  

This SC leader will be focused on building and executing a business plan that drives gotomarket strategies in this newly focused industry withthesupportand partnershipofSalesProductManagement and the executive team. They will have a high level of integrity coaching acumen strong executive presence and communication skills and a passion for leadership and winning. 

 

  • Build and drive a Solution Consulting vision and strategy develop communicate and execute on a plan to rapidly grow the Nonprofit business taking into account the competitive landscape presence and strengths within the Geos 
  • Recruit hire mentor and motivate a worldclass global Solution Consulting team of ServiceNow.Org Solution Consultants to drive rapid growth in this new business 
  • Collaborate with business partners across Geo Sales and Solution Consulting Field Marketing Solution Sales Inspire Value Customer Support/Outcomes Professional Services Alliances and Channels to ensure alignment on gotomarket strategies for Nonprofit customers  
  • Actively engage in planning relationship development and opportunity development by supporting and assisting in sales and customer meetings to drive opportunities to a close 
  • Develop an industry focused demonstration strategy to engage prospects and customers along the continuum from demand generation to closure 
  • Drive operational excellence across all aspects of your business 

 

 


Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent 
  • A proven and consistent track record selling solutions in the Nonprofit industry via understanding the bigger picture and business drivers around technology along with establishing relationships with the CSuite 
  • Nonprofit customer experience and IT Service Management a plus 
  • Experience hiring and leading Solution Consultants in multiple Geos including the Americas and Europe is a plus
  • Experience attracting retaining and developing high performing high potential talent through assessing selecting onboarding and coaching 
  • Experience working crossorganizationally to develop and execute an industry focused business plan 
  • A track record of building teams in a fastpaced high technology solution consulting organization 
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions 
  • A growth mindset always curious and always learning innovates relentlessly and thrives in change 
  • Experience Inspiring purpose building trust collaborating effectively and influencing others 
  • Superior knowledge and demonstrated skills of presales techniques customer interaction and customer relations 
  • Strong organization communication teamwork presentation problem solving and time management skills 
  • A competitive can do optimistic realistic attitude strong work ethic humility and excellent team building communication and listening skills

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $190725 $314700 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
