You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position is responsible for working with the Core Team to ensure the project is completed successfully on time. You will be responsible to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly efficiently using project management standards. This position is responsible for the coordination of status reporting deliverables dependencies risks and issue management for the project.
Performing project management activities in transition project
Coordinating project priorities across multiple tracks on a project and driving the project
Initiate facility in the Hub Location and network infrastructure expansion
Initiate candidate sourcing acquisition and onboarding of new associates
Perform readiness confirmation based on Hub readiness Checklist
Execute FitGap assessment
Perform work shadowing knowledge transfer and other relevant trainings
Communicate change impacts per the GoLive decision Internal Stakeholders (Hub Operations) and External Stakeholders (Per process touch points)
Schedule HyperCare Meetings and Prepare HyperCare meeting template and conduct meetings
Conduct and facilitate Lessons Learned meeting and prepare material for CIP meetings
Report GoLive complete status to Business Case ensure duplicate structure release
Responsible for completing the RASIC activity split.

Qualifications :
Background:
You have a bachelors degree in Business Administration HR Economics or a related field
Experience:
You have 5 years of experience in HR related topics and a deep understanding of HR processes especially in the area of project coordination or transition management highly developed skills in using MS applications data analysis using charts pivot tables filters and rules.
Personality:
You have strong project management skills; you are an expert in organizing planning and managing large projects and have excellent communication organizational and time management skills. You have the ability to prioritize and manage work and tradeoffs against critical deadlines in a fastpaced environment and have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Languages:
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
