Overview
As a Technical Specialist you are responsible to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and be responsible for managing tickets of high complexity conducts advanced and complicated tasks aware of clients high level and lowlevel security architecture and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems. You will also contribute to and support on project work as and when required.
What will you do
- Troubleshoot and maintaining several SIEM solutions like IBM QRadar and Resilient in SOC environments
- Troubleshooting custom scripts SIEM integration with other production like App connect middleware 2FA and other Cyber products
- Integrate onprem and cloud data sources using various data connection methods.
- Create custom data connectors for nonstandard technologies deployed in the tech stack
- Deploy troubleshoot and manage SIEM and SOAR with experience in Cyber SecurityEnsure all necessary project purchases are planned and executed
- Architecting administrating and maintaining several SIEM solutions like IBM QRadar and Resilient
- Troubleshooting custom scripts SIEM integration with other production like App connect middleware 2FA and other Cyber products
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field or IT equivalent
- Preferably 5 or more years of IT project management experience
- Managed Services experience handling complex Security Infrastructure
- Experience in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties
- Selfmotivated with a positive cando attitude creative with excellent presentation communication negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Ability to lead develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
- Good customer management experience
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Certification in IT Service Management and/or ITIL (v3 or above)
- Able to travel as required
