Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Management Accountant to join our Group Finance Team. This pivotal role ensures the accurate management of accounting and reporting for our Group support function on a global scale.
As a Management Accountant you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to analyse and challenge performance against budgets and forecasts. You will take ownership of the monthly management accounts for both the Bath site and from a global perspective. Your responsibilities will include identifying efficiencies ensuring a compliant control environment and supporting the development of Group Finance through project assistance to the Assistant Group Financial Controller.

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements:
- Degree educated and qualified accountant
- Results orientated and highly numerate
- Ability to identify process improvements and embed change
The Successful Candidate:
- Demonstrates welldeveloped influencing and senior stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Is highly organised
- Able to work in an agile environment
