- Vous contribuez au bon droulement du service et la qualit de la production en grant votre partie.
- Vous assurez de faon autonome la production des plats conformment aux fiches techniques.
- Vous managez le travail des commis.
- Vous tes responsable dun secteur de la cuisine et en assurez lorganisation la coordination et le service.
Qualifications :
- Matrise des bases de la cuisine franaise
- Matrise des tempratures de cuisson et de refroidissement
- Esprit dquipe
- Force de proposition
- Polyvalence
- Niveau / domaine dtudes : CAP BEP
- Cuisine
- Langue requise : franais
