Job Description
Le/la Responsable du dveloppement commercial sera en charge de la dfinition dune stratgie commerciale en vue daccrotre les ventes de lentreprise.
Vous serez en charge de la mise en oeuvre de tout projet de dveloppement commercial en particulier via :
- lidentification et lvaluation des opportunits de croissances;
- lanalyse et suivi du march et de la concurrence llaboration des stratgies de dveloppement commercial en collaboration avec lquipe commerciale (recherche de nouvelles opportunits et dveloppement de nouveaux partenariats);
- la coordination de la prospection et fidlisation des clients;
- la participation lvaluation et suivi des projets en discussion;
- le suivi commercial des clients;
- la reprsentation de lentreprise lors dvnements professionnels;
- la prparation de rapports dtaills sur les progrs et les ralisations de lentreprise.
Ces missions sinscrivent dans une cadre international.
Qualifications :
Vous avez une formation de niveau Bac dans le domaine commercial et / ou scientifique ou une exprience significative dans le dveloppement des ventes ou la gestion de projets dans le domaine des sciences de la vie.
Vous matrisez parfaitement langlais loral comme lcrit.
Vos aptitudes et qualits personnelles :
Autonome curieux(euse) et ouvert(e) desprit vous tes dun naturel proactif avec un niveau dnergie lev.
Vous avez une excellente prsentation une grande disponibilit pour voyager.
Votre grande aisance relationnelle vous permet dinteragir avec diffrents interlocuteurs en interne avec les quipes scientifiques et en externe avec des dcisionnaires.
Vous disposez dune capacit travailler sous pression pour faire face aux situations changeantes avec la volont constante de satisfaire le client.
Pour russir dans cette fonction vous devez galement aimer le contact client avoir une excellente communication des aptitudes pour la ngociation et la vente et une forte culture du rsultat et du challenge.
