Role Background
Wolt is embarking on an exciting journey with the launch of Wolt B2B a new business line dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for business customers. Through Wolt B2B Wholesale companies can have goods such as ingredients and supplies delivered directly from Denmarks large and small wholesalers all through Wolts Courier Partners. After successfully piloting in Denmark were scaling rapidly and were looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager for Wolt B2B Wholesale you will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with our business partners. You will own and manage relationships with your portfolio of B2B customers and ensure customer satisfaction retention and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will span across relationship management datadriven consultation and revenue growth all while contributing to the success of Wolts B2B Wholesale strategy.
What Youll Be Doing:
Portfolio Management: Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of B2B customers ensuring their satisfaction with Wolt B2B services.
Performance Growth: Drive revenue growth by analysing customers buying behaviours through datadriven consultations and tailored solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish strong collaborative relationships with partners conducting regular satisfaction checks.
Strategic Focus: Identify highpotential partnerships and invest in their development to maximize growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales marketing and operations to deliver customer feedback and market needs
Problem Solving: Tackle partner challenges proactively and contribute to shaping the processes and structures of Wolts growing B2B business.
Crossteam support: Support your team lead in performance tracking and issue resolution of our upstream business partners
Qualifications :
Analytical Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone to suit a variety of audiences.
Organized & DetailOriented: A structured approach to work with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to service excellence.
Ambitious & SelfDriven: High ownership mindset with a desire to go beyond the obvious and achieve exceptional outcomes.
Passion for B2B Solutions: Enthusiasm for working with business customers and contributing to the growth of Wolts B2B offering.
Tools: Experience working with CRM systems or data tools is a plus.
