Manage the entire product lifecycle for AIbased products from ideation to launch while defining strategies and executing product plans.
Collaborate with data scientists machine learning engineers and UX teams to develop AI and LLM capabilities at the platform level enhancing offerings on the ServiceNow platform.
Partner with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customer success to ensure productmarket fit and drive user adoption through deep customer engagement.
Establish and Track metrics to measure the success and impact of AI products
Stay at the forefront of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies ensuring that our products remain competitive and differentiated in the enterprise software space.

To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in Leading growing building managing and scaling worldclass enterprise SaaS products as Product Manager
Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience development and 10 years of overall experience
At least 2 years of experience in building or Exposure to Products Platforms & Technologies used in the AI/ML development cycle
Should have worked on at least one endtoend AI/ML Solution as a Product Manager Data Scientist UX Designer or ML Engineer
Strong technical communication skills to drive and deliver AI Products for AI Builders
Nice to Have
Experience in delivering user experience improvements with Generative AI
Exposure to AI Research and LLMOPs ecosystem
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
MBA from the Tier1 Institutes
