Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a parttime or full time Training Developer. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in instructional design and training development while balancing your academic commitments.
What will you do
- Collaborate with our team to identify training needs and objectives
- Assist in the design and development of engaging learning materials including elearning modules videos and presentations
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications :
- Current enrolment in a Bachelors or Masters program
- Strong interest in Learning and Development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- English knowledge level B2 and above is a must
