Job Description
* Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at chools.
* Visit the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling urposes.
* Conduct 1on1 pre and postcounselling sessions with parents to discuss their childs progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonder services.
* Design and lead presentations workshops seminars and webinars for students parents and educational nstitutions.
* Be wellversed with Brainwonders biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to studens and parents.
* Address queries and concerns highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students academic an personal growth
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders services within theacademic calendar.
* Provide digital content resources literature and esearch for guidance
* Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis and/or wellmix groups of all ages
* Candidates with experience in personality intelligence career and clinical testing will e preferred
Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Bachelors / Masters / Ph.D. in Psychology or related field
* Excellent communication interpers*nal and presentation skills
* Strong understanding of Brainwond*rs services and implementation
* Ability to travel*to schools and conduct meetings
* Passion for helping students discover their pot*ntial and plan for their future.
* Experience in *arketing or business development
* Familiarity with the education industry and school*administrative structures
