Job Description
Overview
As a Workday Integration Consultant youll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between Workday and other systems within an organization.
What youll work on
- Integrations Lead: Lead Integration Stream managing ongoing projects and implementation for new Integrations.
- System Configuration: Configuring the Workday system to meet specific business needs.
- Custom Reports: Developing custom reports to extract relevant data from Workday.
- Integration with Other Systems: Integrating Workday with other enterprise systems (both internal and thirdparty).
- EndUser Training: Providing training to endusers on Workday integration processes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
- Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvement related to Workday integrations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with Workday integrations utilizing EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) RaaS (ReportasaService) BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) Document Transformation and Studio are a must.
- Experience with PECI and/or WECI a plus.
- Ability to architect design implement and support Workday integration solutions.
- Prior experience implementing and maintaining integrations across HR domains.
- Familiarity with scalable and maintainable integration practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders including internal teams and thirdparty vendors.
