As a Human Resources (HR) Intern you will support a highly dynamic North American regional corporate HR team in the functional areas of Talent Acquisition Onboarding and Employer Brand Marketing. You will be involved in a variety of strategic projects and have operational responsibilities to support our efforts in positioning Bosch as an employer of choice! As an intern on this team you will closely partner with the Talent Acquisition team and may have the ability to participate in offsite events as a representative of Bosch. You will work on projects to enhance our recruitment marketing activities candidate journey and onboarding experience.
This is a hybrid role with two onsite days in our Farmington Hills MI office to allow for close collaboration and relationship building across the HR community at Bosch.
