Job Description

Were looking for an analytical and detailoriented person with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and data analysis. The professional will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. Process layout and optimization people This is where you belong!

  What you will do in this role:

  • Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts actuals and plans;
  • Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decisionmaking;
  • Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and provide guidance to business leaders;
  • Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
  • Demonstrate thought leadership around marketing sales and CS data processes and operations;
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
  • Perform adhoc analysis as required performing SQL queries and presenting the data through visualization tools;

Qualifications :

  What makes you a strong fit:

  • Advanced English (reading writing and speaking);
  • Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Ops;
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
  • Experience working in agile environments;
  • A working knowledge of SQL and Excel.

  It would be nice if you had...

  • A working knowledge of APIs and integration architecture;
  • Experience working in healthtech.

Our working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm;
