Job Description
Analysis of electrical & optical Failure parts from production line efficiently and effectively
Monitoring and reduction of analysis Work in progress (WIP).
Discussion with internal team and coordinate for electrical & optical failure analysis
Addressing Q issues @ production line with containment measures
Implementation and monitoring the adherence of EWS system(Early warning system)
Driving the LPA implementation and effectiveness monitoring.
Training & documentation of Analysis associates
Reporting of Internal failures to morning meeting for CIP
Root cause analysis for Incident Failures
Supporting production to block the affected parts in different stages if any MQP
Handling Internal Customer Claim
Drive CFT to achieve Internal Defect Cost.
Handling Internal and Customer Audit.
Conduct PFMEA/Control Plan/DMD Audit.
Qinitiatives in VSM
14Q Drive in department.
Moderate A3 PSS for Internal and External Failures.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Electronics and communication
Additional Information :
Technical skills:
Technical Knowledge about SMT process.
Statistics Knowledge to handle SPI/AOI failures.
Basic PCB trouble shooting.
Basic SAP Knowledge.
Understand of Q tools Control Plan Process FMEA.
Planning/monitoring/reviewing timelines follow up with CFT to implement Quality Measures
Escalation Management.
Read & understand Drawings/Norms/Quality Standards & data Sheets etc.
Soft Skills:
Good Listener/Able to respond quickly.
Good team player.
Ability to coordinate with different functions follow up and get things done.
Willing to learn ability in deploying new initiatives.
