You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect who will be responsible for the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet our business requirements. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will play a critical role in driving the success of our ServiceNow platform by providing strategic and technical guidance. Key Responsibilities:$Solution Design and Architecture:$Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.$Develop highlevel design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints for ServiceNow implementations.$Ensure that the architecture aligns with the enterprise architecture framework and standards. $Implementation and Development:$Work as Solution Architect to implement various ServiceNow modules including but not limited to:$ IT Service Management (ITSM)$ IT Operations Management (ITOM)$ Customer Service Management (CSM)$ Custom applications$Oversee the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform including workflows UI policies business rules client scripts and integrations with other systems.$Develop and maintain high level technical documentation including solution design guidelines configuration guides$Discuss and validate API implementation concepts$Consulting and Support:$Provide technical consulting and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team.$Conduct concept reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.$Project Management:$Support Project leads in estimation and conceptual activities.$Coordination of smaller activities on demand$Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and thirdparty consultants.$Continuous Improvement:$Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow features capabilities and industry trends.$Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform.$Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and usability of the ServiceNow platform.Qualifications:$Education and Experience:$Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.$Minimum of 68 years in overall experience and 35 years in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.$Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to completion.$Experience in using at least one architecture framework$Good understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.$Experience in managing Compliance Topics$Technical Skills:$Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture design and best practices.$Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript GlideScript).$Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST SOAP and other APIs.$Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS Azure etc.).$Soft Skills:$Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.$Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.$Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.$Strong organizational and time management skills. Certifications (Preferred):$ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)$ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM ITOM CSM or other relevant areas$ITIL Foundation Certification$Open Group Master Architect
