Job Description
GlobalEngineer is an innovative company in several engineering fields that is active in mechanical and plant engineering development of new systems and their technologies as well as in testing and type testing. To strengthen our team we are looking for an interested and motivated C Software Developer.
Tasks
- Software development for various systems in the Windows/Visual Studio environment in cooperation with a team of 310 developers
- Application development with interfaces to the IT security infrastructure (including user access management and 2factor authentication)
- Responsibility for the entire life cycle of software components; Design implementation testing and support
- Work on software requirements
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- Extensive experience in objectoriented software development with C ideally with Qt/QML
- Indepth expertise in C application development outside of the embedded space
- Good knowledge of IT security mechanisms on Windows platforms
- Good application knowledge of Active Directory required
- Practical knowledge in version control (Git/Mercurial) Qt Visual Studio software design/UML and unit testing.
- Quick comprehension analytical thinking and independent solutionoriented way of working.
- Very good language skills in German and English both written and spoken.
