We are a healthcarefocused AI startup in stealth mode driven by our mission to make healthcare more accessible and universal through cuttingedge AI technology. We are building the next generation of AI models that go beyond the current standards to revolutionize the healthcare landscape.
Our company is headquartered in Germany with offices in India and were expanding our India operations. Were growing fast and looking to hire an experienced AI Engineer to join us immediately. If you have 45 years of experience can handson build transformer models and have worked on agentic workflows (either professionally or as part of your thesis) lets talk!
Tasks
- Youll develop stateoftheart transformer architectures that push the boundaries of AI innovation in healthcare.
- In the early stages youll roll up your sleeves and do the heavy liftingthis is a handson role where youll write code debug and optimize models.
- As we grow youll recruit mentor and lead a worldclass team of engineers and researchers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Your work will position the company as a pioneer in AIdriven healthcare solutions shaping the future of the industry.
Requirements
MUST HAVE
- Handson experience with finetuning LLMs: Youve worked with models like LLaMA or similar and know how to adapt them for specific use cases.
- Youre familiar with vector databases tokenization embeddings transformer blocks and the creation of LLM heads.
- You know how to optimize models using techniques like quantization and distillation for efficient deployment.
- Youre skilled in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Youre comfortable using metrics like BLEU ROUGE etc. to assess model performance.
- If youve finetuned models youre obviously adept at building solid RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) systems.
BONUS:
- Experience with distributed training working with healthcare datasets or deploying models in production environments.
