Job Description :
PSL is an IT system in a standardized SAP environment that supports the handling of production service and logistics processes (order and material management) in the technology sector (fixed and mobile networks). PSL comprises standardized and harmonized data models and production processes.
The target group and users of the PSL application are employees who work in the following processes and areas (budgeting operations planning and construction inventory management logistics intangible assets and BI4PSL).
The system was developed as part of the One. ERP program and has been in operation in the mobile communications area since December 2013 and in the fixed network area since November 2014.
SAP : PSLD and in the future for S/4HANA .
Experience in product development & solution design
Experience in customer market and stakeholder understanding
Sound practical experience with the Scale Framework SAFe incl. PSL
Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for requirements engineering for PSLD and in the future for S/4HANA
Develop rough process design together with stakeholders
Develops and communicates the program vision
Develops and prioritizes the program backlog
Optimizes the value of the teams work
Balances costs and benefits against each other
Hard Skills:
Experience in product development & solution design
Experience in customer market and stakeholder understanding
Sound practical experience with the Scale Framework SAFe incl. PSL
Soft Skills:
Good in communication and marketing for stakeholder management
High affinity for technology
Sense of responsibility towards organization & team
