Job Description
A Delivery Implementation Analyst is a key role within the UK Decisioning Software Delivery function and is responsible for technical configuration solution deployments and contribute to identifying potential new best practices on client solution implementations throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
Our Implementation team embodies the principles of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Our Experian One platform is at the forefront of our goals to build and delivery cloudbased solutions for our clients and this role will be leading the charge into this area.
The Analyst role is a member of the Implementation team has a good knowledge of the other functions required within the wider teams and works to ensure deployments are performant and follow best practice standards.
The right individual will help Experian deliver its cloudbased strategy whilst also reaping the rewards of personal development working on the latest cloudbased technologies.
- You will be #LIhybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Cluster Head
- Support internal teams on product and solution implementation
- Contribute to identifying potential new best practice for all aspect of Implementation team activities
- Provide project cover when needed e.g. Holidays or to cover increased demand
- High level PostgreSQL DBA task awareness
- Ensure that the optimal Performance Tuning settings are applied for the delivery
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Contribute to the Implementation Knowledge base (Confluence pages)
- Supporting the wider delivery network when required
- Out of hours cover for projects and Early Life Support (on a rota basis when ready)

- An Implementer motivated by the drive for continuous improvement and working collaboratively to meet client requirements
- Deliver technical detail clearly and concisely to clients and internal audiences
- An awareness of secure software / solution concepts and architecture
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods
