Job Description

The role shall manage the budgeting forecasting price and cost reporting. Regular and recurring variance analysis price and cost accounting and analysis pricevolumemix analysis and product service project program business and divisionlevel business cases regarding investment or financial performance.
As a leader the position is accountable for recruiting retaining training and managing all department staff while ensuring staff engagement and satisfaction. This includes the responsibility to ensure there are written roles and responsibilities performance objectives performance appraisals training objectives and succession plans for each role within the department.
Requirements
Qualifications and requirements
An accounting designation or equivalent.
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Working conditions
The position is a fulltime office position.
Working hours will be 40 hours/week with an occasional requirement to work outside of regular business hours.
The position is not eligible for overtime.
The position is eligible for an annual management bonus.
