Join our dynamic team as a Principal Test Engineer and take charge of innovative production test solutions used globally!
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in the role you will work as part of a larger team ensuring the continuous improvements of engineering tasks and processes.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and improving existing test applications creating new ones for upcoming products and overseeing source code control testing and release. Youll set tasks and monitor the progress of a talented team of test engineers provide essential training and support participate in FMEAs define product test solution requirements and support production sites during test equipment failures.
Were looking for someone with a strong understanding of creating test programs in NI LabVIEW or similar software experience in managing projects or small teams and familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience Requirements:

The Successful Candidate:
- Be accountable for source code control testing and release.
- Set tasks and monitor progress of a small team of test engineers.
- Provide training and support for test engineers.
- Participate in FMEAs and define requirements for product test solutions.
- Support production sites in the event of test equipment failure.
