The Charge Nurse will lead and coordinate nursing activities within the patient care units. The Charge Nurse plays a vital role in managing patient care supervising nursing staff and ensuring highquality nursing services are delivered. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills clinical expertise and the ability to make critical decisions in a fastpaced environment.

Bachelors or Master of Science in Nursing Candidates must be a graduate of a school of nursing that was approved and/or accredited by the appropriate State agency and accredited by either the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time the program was completed.

Compensation Min: 115000 Max: 152000
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
