Job Description
The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.
As a Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional marketing strategy driving local visibility and executing initiatives that align with our longterm growth objectives. Youll work crossfunctionally with leadership sales and global marketing teams to drive impact.
- Brand Development: Build and enhance the visibility of our teams brand within the Salesforce ecosystem and among key stakeholders.
- Campaign Management: Work closely with the Business Development team to plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads drive brand awareness and support business development efforts.
- Content and Storytelling: Create engaging content that showcases our entrepreneurial culture and the transformative power of our Salesforce projects and oversee the creation of compelling content including case studies whitepapers and thought leadership.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage events webinars and workshops to engage prospects clients and industry partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional activities with overall corporate strategy and leverage existing resources.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in the tech or Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the German market and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills.
