About the role:
Were looking for a Strategic Senior UXR to connect usercentered research with strategic decisionmaking at Oneflow while empowering the organisation and product teams to further embed datadriven and usercentered approaches into their processes. Youll play a critical role in uncovering actionable insights that influence both how we improve our product (tactically) and where we should focus for future growth (strategically). Youll collaborate closely with UX Designers Product Managers Analytics and the Strategy team to provide actionable insights that inform and support the product vision and strategy ensuring alignment with user needs market trends and business goals.
This is a highimpact role for someone who thrives on connecting research to strategy and is eager to shape the future direction of our products while ensuring were solving the right problems for our users.
What Youll Do
1. Tactical Research: Building the Product Right
Lead qualitative and quantitative research activities including user interviews usability testing surveys and data analysis.
Collaborate with our Product Trios to prioritise problems to solve validate solutions through iterative testing and connect user insights with market opportunities.
Mentor core team members in research best practices empowering and supporting UX Designers and PMs by fostering a researchdriven culture across the organisation.
2. Strategic Research: Building the Right Product
Collaborate with the Strategy and Analytics teams to conduct market research analyse quantitative data and uncover trends and growth opportunities.
Integrate user research with market and quantitative insights to create a shared understanding of customer needs business opportunities and the competitive landscape.
Explore and validate strategic opportunities by combining customer insights with market dynamics and datadriven findings.
3. CrossFunctional Collaboration and Influence
Act as a bridge between UX PMs Engineering Analytics and Strategy teams ensuring a unified approach to gathering and leveraging insights.
Present research findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and crossfunctional teams driving alignment around customercentric priorities.
Facilitate for usercentered decisionmaking across the organisation linking research insights to measurable business outcomes.

An Expert Researcher: You have deep expertise in user research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and are adept at uncovering actionable insights that inform both tactical decisions and strategic direction.
A Strategic Thinker: You understand the broader context of product and business strategy including market research growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
A Collaborative Partner: You thrive in crossfunctional environments working closely with PMs UX Engineering Analytics and Strategy teams to align insights with goals and drive shared success.
An Engaging Communicator and Storyteller: You excel at articulating complex findings clearly and effectively using compelling narratives to inspire action and ensure research insights resonate across diverse audiences.
A Mentor and Advocate: You enjoy mentoring others in research methodologies championing usercentric thinking and fostering collaboration across teams.
We Believe You Have
5 years of experience in user research product insights or a related role preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
Expertise in a range of research methods including interviews usability testing surveys and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with market research and analytics tools and an understanding of how to combine qualitative and quantitative data.
A proven track record of influencing product and business strategies through research.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Work location
This position is based at our Stockholm office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.
