Job Description
Title: Sr SAP OTC solution Architect

- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (FI/CO MM WM etc.) and thirdparty systems to create seamless processes across the organization
- Required:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions (Greenfield) to optimize the Order to Cash processes. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution) CRM and other relevant applications driving efficient business operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design architecture and implementation of SAP OTC solutions focusing on the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and related processes such as order processing invoicing and revenue recognition.
Collaborate with business stakeholders functional consultants and technical teams to gather business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.
Architect endtoend Order to Cash processes ensuring they align with industry best practices and business needs.
Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (FI/CO MM WM etc.) and thirdparty systems to create seamless processes across the organization.
Provide subject matter expertise on SAP OTC capabilities best practices and solution design to ensure successful project delivery.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet the specific needs of the business including pricing credit management order management billing and shipping.
Ensure smooth and efficient system integration and data flow across various SAP modules and systems.
Conduct workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users ensuring a successful adoption of the SAP OTC solutions.
Lead testing activities including functional and integration testing ensuring highquality deliverables and identifying potential gaps.
Monitor and optimize system performance suggesting improvements or enhancements to address business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OTC functionality from both a technical and business perspective.
Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies functionalities and industry trends and recommend innovations that can improve OTC processes.
