Job Description

You will join The Nordic Support team of 26 talents where we collaborate widely with Deloittes employees. Currently our Nordic Support team which includes colleagues across Denmark Sweden Finland Norway and Iceland is transforming from local support desks to centralized entity to support end users across all the Nordic countries. This is an exciting and new process that you will be a part of.  We support processes across our Nordic offices and business areas. This includes everything from digitization to communication technology and infrastructure with strategy business development as well as program management and project management.

Exciting tasks await you
You will support employees in all the Nordic countries. You will be in the position to perform IT support and tasks of a diverse nature which include:

  • Optimization and strengthening of our Deloitte systems and applications
  • Assist in setting up computers and installation of software
  • Support the Nordic endusers by phone email and physical inquiries in our office
  • Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Experience & develop documentation of processes and knowledgesharing
  • Work with technical issues

Qualifications :

 We are looking for a positive openminded and very structured Nordic Support Consultant who can work independently but also work well in a team. Your tasks will require excellent communication skills. You master English on a high level both in writing and speech as we work in an international organization.

Furthermore we imagine that you have:

  • An IT professional background for example as an IT supporter or another relevant bachelors degree.
  • Experience with customer service and worked in many different applications and systems
  • Experience with documentation of processes and knowledge sharing
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft and Apple iOS systems
  • Experience with laptop desktop and mobile devices.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and get to know the field of Nordic Support
  • Strong problemsolving skills

You are a fast learner and seek challenges both for your own development but also to develop your team.
