Productivity Coach Real Estate (Base Commission) Scottsdale & Tempe AZ

Were looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Productivity Coach to work across two Keller Williams market centers in Phoenix. This role is all about empowering agents by providing handson coaching customized training and accountability to help them grow their business.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement a training schedule tailored to the needs of new and experienced agents
- Coach and mentor agents to improve productivity sales skills and business strategies
- Motivate and hold agents accountable to their goals with regular checkins and action plans
- Conduct group training sessions and oneonone coaching to support agent development
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market strategies to keep our agents competitive
- Foster a culture of growth collaboration and success
What Were Looking For:
- Real estate experience is required (coaching training or leadership experience preferred)
- Proven ability to coach and inspire real estate agents at various levels
- Strong communication leadership and public speaking skills
- A passion for helping others succeed and a track record of driving results
- Organized energetic and ready to make an impact
