Role Overview
The Vice President Events will lead the development planning and execution of largescale highimpact events that align with the organization’s brand and strategic direction. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in event strategy operations stakeholder management and audience engagement to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy & Conceptualization
- Develop a comprehensive event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and create signature events that reinforce brand identity and attract diverse audiences.
- Analyze industry trends and visitor demographics to curate highly engaging experiences.
2. Event Execution & Operations
- Oversee endtoend event management ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Manage logistics vendor coordination regulatory approvals security and risk mitigation.
- Maintain high standards of innovation guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
3. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Collaborate with government agencies tourism boards corporate partners and sponsors.
- Develop strong relationships with media influencers and industry stakeholders to enhance event reach.
- Serve as the key liaison for VIPs performers and highprofile guests.
4. Budget & Financial Oversight
- Establish and manage event budgets ensuring financial sustainability and strong ROI.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors service providers and partners for costeffective solutions.
- Allocate resources efficiently to optimize event execution and audience impact.
5. Marketing & Audience Engagement
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop eventspecific promotions.
- Leverage digital platforms PR campaigns and social media strategies to drive awareness.
- Partner with travel agencies influencers and content creators to amplify audience reach.
6. Performance Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for event success measurement.
- Analyze attendee feedback industry trends and internal insights for continuous enhancement.
- Generate postevent reports with actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in event management with a track record of leading largescale highprofile events.
- Experience in the hospitality tourism entertainment or experiential marketing industries preferred.
