Job Description
At CyberScale we dont just build websiteswe craft fully custom premium solutions for complex projects.
Were looking for a fullstack developer with a strong foundation in PHP and JavaScript frameworks to join us on a fulltime freelance contract.
While we use Laravel and React were open to anyone highly skilled in another JS/PHP framework.
If youre adaptable and eager to learn youll fit right in.
This isnt for you if youre just looking for a paycheck (Were small and salaries start between 500 and 1000).
Who we are
Were a small remotefirst team where fun collaboration and innovation drive everything we do.
Were currently fully remote but plan to open offices in Casablanca or Rabat.
You must be able to occasionally meet onsite so being located near to these cities is essential.

Tasks
- Design and develop modern intuitive user interfaces with a laser focus on UX.
- Build complex backend components and algorithms to solve realworld challenges.
- Shape the final product by influencing features UX and performance optimization.
- Mentor and support team members by reviewing code and sharing insights.
- Experiment innovate and fail fast: we love bold ideas and creative problemsolving.
- Offer ideas to improve workflows and technical practices across the team.
Requirements
- Solid experience with PHP and JavaScript frameworks. (Laravel and React are a plus but strong expertise in another PHP framework and a modern frontend framework is just as good.)
- Ability to take ownership of your work tackle complex problems and propose creative solutions.
- Strong interest in continuous learning.
- Ability to occasionally meet onsite in Casablanca or Rabat.
