Job Description

We are looking for a parttime Sales Advisor in our store in Fields Shopping Mall. As the Key holder you play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. Youll support in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through your team youll weave together a shopping journey thats genuine personalised and always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice product knowledge and store experience
  • Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required
  • Analysing selling information and working with the store management team to maximise the sales performance of your department
  • Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Overseeing store operations 
  • Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers

Past Achievements                 

  • Experience in store operation including store opening and closing routines processing deliveries.
  • Proven experience in coaching and motivating the team


Additional Information :

This is a flexible parttime position offering between 8 to 15 hours a week starting 1st of March 2025.

  • Be a student on a staterecognized fulltime education
  • Be a sideline worker
