Basic Function:
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for strategic brand management creative content production collaboration with crossfunctional teams and utilization of analytical skills to support lead generation and identify marketing opportunities. The specialist also stays updated on industry trends to optimize branding efforts effectively.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Management
Develop and publish diverse multimedia ads for corporate communications and leadgeneration campaigns ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across multiple channels.
Execute tasks related to maintaining and updating content on the LinkedIn Company Page and YouTube Company Account ensuring consistent engaging and timely posts.
Assist in updating and enhancing the InfinitO website s creative content to align with marketing objectives.
Produce multimedia assets (e.g. videos graphics) to support marketing and branding efforts.
Collaborate with partner vendors for merchandise production and other marketingrelated requirements.
Support company events through photography and videography as needed.
Implement creative ideas to support marketing and leadgeneration initiatives.
Sales Support
Create compelling sales collateral aligned with brand guidelines including case studies whitepapers brochures newsletters and other salesenabling assets.
Optimize multimedia content throughout the customer journey by analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Support sales enablement initiatives through the creation of targeted datadriven multimedia content that resonates with prospective clients.
Other Marketing duties and responsibilities:
Assist in lead generation efforts by providing multimedia content promotional materials and other necessary campaign support.
Ensure the safekeeping and proper management of all marketing assets and equipment.
Perform clerical work and document filing for the Marketing and Sales team.
Perform data entry tasks to track and report marketing campaign performance.
Take on additional Marketing tasks as assigned particularly during the absence or leave of other team members.
Quality & Information Security Management
Adhere to InfinitO s information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures.
Protect clientsupplied and generatedforclient information from unauthorized access disclosure modification destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular processes or activities related to information security.
Report any potential or committed nonconformity observation and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects) and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of design principles video production techniques and multimedia best practices.
Experience with digital asset management systems and digital file organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for content optimization.
Knowledge of CRM platforms and LinkedIn functionality is an advantage.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools including Gmail Docs Slides Spreadsheets and others is required.
Highly organized motivated resultsoriented and proactive.
Education and Experience:
Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in Multimedia Arts/Advertising/Design or equivalent
Preferably 2 4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Advertising or equivalent
Preferably 2 4 years of experience in B2B marketing
