Location: Los Angeles CA (Onsite)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

A leading power electronics manufacturer is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to design develop and test highreliability power solutions for defense aerospace and industrial applications. This role is handson requiring expertise in ACDC and DCAC power conversion boost converters and threephase 480V inputs. The ideal candidate enjoys both design work and labbased testing ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of products from ACDC and DCAC power supplies to DCDC Converters and much more.
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium.
- Conduct powerup testing troubleshooting and validation of power supply designs.
- Work handson in the lab engaging in prototyping soldering and debugging.
- Collaborate with mechanical firmware and test engineers to develop complete power solutions.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in power electronics design.
- Strong expertise in ACDC and DCAC power conversion including threephase 480V inputs.
- Handson experience with Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Proficiency in power electronics troubleshooting validation and testing.
- Experience working in defense aerospace or highreliability industrial environments preferred.
