Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role is essential in providing aftersales support to our clients ensuring the optimal performance of our ovens and maintaining the highest standards of service and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers after purchase ensuring quick and efficient issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with other technicians to diagnose and solve any technical problems.
- Deliver technical training sessions to customers and partners ensuring proper product usage and maintenance.
