What you will be doing:
- Design and develop automated solutions
- Configure and deploy automation tools (RedHat AAP)
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Maintain and optimize automated systems
- Monitor infrastructure applications websites APIs etc. (Datadog)
- Provide training and support
Experience you will need:
- Extensive experience within the information security/technology sector
- Proven experience with Ansible
- Proven experience with REST APIs
- Proven experience with Azure Azure DevOps and working within CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience with IaC templating complex automated workflows and automated provisioning
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog or similar)
- Experience with job scheduling/SCM (AAP Rundeck Git)
- Jinja templating knowledge
- Proven experience in incident management service request management and troubleshooting using root cause analysis (RCA) techniques
- Expertise in deploying and maintaining businesscritical applications and solutions
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
