We are seeking a motivated HR Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an HR Associate you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department in various functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations and HR administration. Your responsibilities will involve assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies conducting initial candidate screenings coordinating interviews and maintaining personnel records. Additionally you will have the opportunity to contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
To excel in this role you should possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience. You should have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Adaptability confidentiality and a customerservice mindset are essential traits for success. Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment is highly valued.
