Job Description
At NextStepHR were revolutionizing the way SMEs hire talent. Our AIdriven HRtech platform analyzes job titles locations and recruiting budgets to predict the best job portals and social media channels making recruiting 3x faster and 60% cheaper.
Beyond smart job distribution we optimize the entire hiring process by automating job postings improving the candidate experience and integrating directly into applicant tracking systems (ATS). Now were looking for a passionate frontend developer to help create a seamless and intuitive user experience!
Tasks
- Develop and improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our platform.
- Build responsive highperformance web applications using Next.js (React) and Tailwind CSS.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to create a seamless experience.
- Optimize frontend performance accessibility and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Implement interactive components animations and microinteractions.
- Learn from experienced engineers and gain realworld startup experience
Requirements
- Youre currently studying Computer Science UI/UX Design or a related field.
- Some experience with Next.js (React TypeScript) and Tailwind CSS even from personal projects!
- Passion for beautiful functional and userfriendly interfaces.
- Understanding of responsive design CSS frameworks and frontend performance optimization.
- Basic knowledge of APIs state management and componentdriven development is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn experiment and take initiative in a startup environment
