Job Description
A junior Solution Implementer is at the beginning of their consulting career and will typically do work to assist the medior and senior consultants within Service Management data collection and analysis workshop assistance solution building as well as assist with producing documentation and user guides.
Qualifications :
- Be able to take responsibility for technical and solution building activates and tasks in cooperation with project manager and or lead architect
- Basic understanding of ITSM tool or similar tools
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes
- Basic understanding of Web Technologies (XML HTML JavaScript Web Services etc.)
- Basic understanding of technical components such as LDAP VPN SSL etc.
- Strong communication skills (active listener think before acting superb verbal and writing skills)
- Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology problem solver attention to detail resourcefulness not afraid to ask questions etc.)
- Must be a team player and some travel will be required primarily in the Nordics
