Job Description
Jasurda Group has partnered with a wellestablished manufacturing company with a global presence seeking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.
Pay: $28.00 $31.00/hourly
Location: Andover MA (onsite)
Schedule: 9:00am 5:00pm (MonFri)
Status: Temp to Hire fulltime (Benefits included for contractual period)
Position Overview: You will manage highvolume AP operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves vendor management dispute resolution and supporting audit processes. Youll play an integral role in transitioning AP processes to a new ERP system while supporting monthend close activities and maintaining vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and manage daily AP workflows
- Resolve invoice/PO discrepancies and workflow delays
- Handle multicurrency transactions and tax applications
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage account issues
- Support monthend close and audit requirements
- Assist with SAP implementation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge in SAP Microsoft Excel and electronic document processing preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
