JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE
As part of the introduction of the Looking ahead ecosystem of SAP components there is a number of activities that T&D UK will support locally to provide a personalised service for CFO including keeping the system operational user management incident resolution and consultation. The Procurement Technology Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating implementing and optimizing technology solutions to enhance and streamline the procurement function within the organization. This role involves analysing business processes identifying technology needs and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
MANDATORY SKILLS
Experienced in Incident management and resolution & SAP profiency & Ariba expertise. Functional technical development skills.
Ensure procurement technology solutions comply with relevant regulations technology strategy and security standards.
Research and assess procurement software and tools to determine their suitability for the organizations needs.
Build strong relationship with stakeholders and manage expectations within the Procurement business.
Work closely with Headquarters Global teams.
Provide training and support to procurement teams and endusers on the use of procurement technology solutions.
Gather and document business requirements related to procurement processes and technology needs.
Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the procurement function.
Analyse procurement data to identify trends performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain documentation of procurement processes technology configurations and user guides.
Assist in managing the change process when implementing new procurement technologies to ensure smooth transitions.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with technology vendors to understand product capabilities negotiate contracts and ensure successful implementations.
Proven experience in procurement supply chain management or business analysis.
Familiarity with procurement software and technology solutions.
Experience with SAP Ariba.
Experience with S4 Hana.
Experience with SAC.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
