About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic Event Operations Executive to join our team. Youll play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Managers to deliver exceptional events across Europe.
As an organized and selfmotivated individual youll thrive on working independently to meet deadlines and targets. Youll also contribute to streamlining our operational processes across various European event verticals.
What Youll Do
Operational Responsibilities
- Create and manage eventspecific project plans
- Handle purchase orders and budget tracking
- Manage floor plans and address exhibitor queries
- Coordinate schedules for catering electrics furniture signage and staffing
- Design simple systembuilt feature areas
- Deliver operational sponsorship elements in collaboration with our sales team
- Manage temporary staff including briefings and onsite inductions
- Liaise with internal teams venues contractors suppliers and exhibitors
- Contribute to postevent reports and analysis
- Manage preshow logistics including equipment ordering and onsite team welfare
- Produce onsite documentation under senior guidance
- Assist with operational exhibitor queries
Team Support
- Attend and document meetings as needed
- Arrange travel and accommodation within budget
- Adhere to company H&S Security & Sustainability guidelines
- Help implement Service Level Agreements
- Support the team with additional tasks as required
Qualifications :
Who You Are
You bring:
- At least two years of experience in an Operations Executive role
- Knowledge of the events industry venues and contractors
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel and work across European time zones
