Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Security and Controls Specialist to enhance and manage security processes within an Oracle IAM environment. The ideal candidate will focus on automating IT processes strengthening internal controls and supporting enterprisewide cyber risk management. This role requires expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) identity governance and Java/ADF development to ensure secure and scalable digital ERP ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enhancements and defect resolution in Oracle IAM.
- Oversee Identity & Access Governance including rolebased access control access requests certification and attestation processes.
- Lead and manage projects through the full system development lifecycle.
- Prepare deployment documents and participate in deployment activities.
- Attend daily scrum calls and collaborate with multiple stakeholders for requirement gathering.
- Maintain version control of code changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development.
- Strong Java Development and ADF experience.
- Handson experience with OIM Customer Connect Development approval workflows SOA composite custom scheduled tasks event handlers and reconciliation.
- Experience with APIs and web services integration.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Handson experience with UNIX and WebLogic environments.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
