Requirements
- Proven track record at a senior or director level.
- Warranty company experience is highly desirable.
- Solid background in aftersales management with a focus on cost control.
- Strong understanding of technical and mechanical operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Consumer Rights Act and legal frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving savings and efficiencies.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams repair networks and warranty companies.
