Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Site Visits: Conduct daily visits to customer sites to understand their needs provide support and build strong relationships. Collect samples from customers to ensure that our solutions meet their specific requirements.
Site Team Engagement: Engage with the turnaround teams at oil and gas refineries and petrochemical plants dailyProvide ongoing support followup on requirements and ensure that our products and services align with their project timelines and specifications.
TargetDriven Sales: Work towards achieving sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the oil and gas and petrochemical plants in Jubail & Yanbu cities .
Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong understanding of local pricing and sources of materials related to pipes valves and bolts Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer demands to provide competitive solutions.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key clients ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products for their applications providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
