Job Description
As a 3D Artist / 3D Designer you will create stunning architectural visualizations bringing unbuilt properties to life with highquality 3D renders of interiors and exteriors. Using 3ds Max Vray and Corona you ll craft immersive digital experiences collaborate with teams to meet project timelines and refine visuals with expert photography and lighting techniques.
Shift: Day Shift; Monday Friday 06:00 AM 03:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
- Create highquality 3D rendered images of architectural buildings including interiors and exteriors.
- Develop detailed 3D visualizations for offtheplan architectural projects.
- Collaborate with teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Utilize 3ds Max Vray and Corona to produce exceptional renders.
- Apply photography and lighting techniques to enhance visual quality.
- Receive and implement constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- A highquality portfolio is required.
- Minimum 2 years of studio experience as a 3D Artist specializing in architectural visualization.
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
- Expertlevel proficiency in 3ds Max.
- Strong experience in Unreal Engine for realtime rendering and interactive visualizations.
- Proficiency in VRay Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop for photorealistic rendering.
- Experience with iToo Software (Forest Pack and RailClone) for procedural modeling and scene management.
- Strong understanding of composition lighting and photography to enhance realism in visualizations.
- Exceptional English communication skills for effective collaboration.
