In this role you will oversee daily bar operations ensure outstanding customer service manage staff schedules maintain inventory and uphold bar cleanliness. In this role strong leadership communication and organisational skills are essential.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years service experience within a highvolume bar environment.
- Effective communication time management and problemsolving capabilities.
- Service focused personality with a passion for food & Beverage and sound product knowledge of cocktails wine and beer.
- Attend to guests request quickly and efficiently constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Valid South Australian Responcible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
