Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor wishing to join our talented Banquets team here at Pullman Auckland. Do you have a genuine passion for delivering wonderful hospitality experience to our guest Are you passionate about all things Food & Beverage If so look no further!
As a F&B Supervisor your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the operations of Banquets conference and event functions
- Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
- Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.

To be successful in your application you must:
- Be amazing have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality
- Be flexible you are required to work a variety of shifts including late nights public holidays and weekends
- Show initiative you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements you can also:
- Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
- Current General Managers certificate
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current Fire Warden Certificate
- Ability to work well under pressure think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
- Prior Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication.
