Job Description
We are looking to hire an DZ Owner Operator for City Pickup & Delivery that has knowledge of the Kingston and its areas.
- Responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight within the Kingston service area while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Must prioritize all shipments in order to make alltime critical commitments and Rock Solid deliveries
- Working as a team with dispatcher and dock personnel to ensure all freight is delivered on time
- Responsible to load / unload your own truck
- Minimum Wage $40.00/hour roughly 10 hours a day.
- Incentive base environment and could potential earn more than $40.00/hour
- Must have truck available everyday for work assignment
Qualifications :
- DZ license (clean abstract)
- Must own City Spec 5Ton with tailgate (heated unit preferred)
- Must own Newer Equipment 2017 or newer
- Must have WSIB Coverage
- 1 year of experience
- Reliable and dependable
- TDG WHMIS and Forklift experience is an asset but willing to train
- Must be able to provide a criminal record check drivers abstract and 3 workrelated references.
