Job Description
CK Group are recruiting for an Analytical Lab Technician, to join a resin and composites company, at their site based in Heanor, Derbyshire, on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
Salary:
13.79 per hour PAYE
Hours:
37.5 per week

Our client is an advanced materials and speciality chemical company focused on the manufacture of resins.
Location:
This Laboratory Technician role will be based at our clients site in Heanor, Derbyshire.

Analytical Lab Technician Role:
- Analytical testing of epoxy resins mostly by thermal analysis and HPLC but the job could also involve FT-IR.
- Data gathering, logging results and paper work associated with testing.
- General housekeeping of laboratory.
- Opportunity to be involved in method improvements.
Your Background:
- A-levels or similar qualification in Chemistry, Math's, Physics or similar.
- Experience with the following analytical techniques HPLC or any thermal analysis would be advantageous.
- Good eye for detail & team player.
